Patty Hou, 32, a former news anchor in Taiwan who is best known for her beauty and her relationship with Taiwanese R&B singer Jay Chou, revealed that to appease their parents, Ken Huang, 34, and her held a ring-exchanging ceremony last Friday. No guests were invited.
